InnovateHealth is a Nigeria-based international corporate public health organization established in 2012 and formally registered with the CAC in 2017. It incorporates Innovate Health Research Initiative (Registration Number: 95665:) which is a non-governmental organization and IN-Health Global Synergy Ltd (RC: 1483660), a consulting firm.
We are a health systems-focused organization with technical expertise in health systems development, research methods, conduct and data analysis, program implementation and evaluation, primary health care and community engagement for health.
InnovateHealth’s primary objective is to champion evidence-led development practices to help bridge the gap between knowledge and practice in health systems development and service delivery. Our expertise covers implementation, screening and research programmes in infectious and non-communicative diseases- Malaria, HIV/AIDS, Covid-19, IMCI, RMNCH, SRH, and Hypertension.

InnovateHealth has a board of directors and core staff who are responsible for overall governance, organizational policy formulation, and financial control. They are supported by a pool of advisors and experts (see organogram below). The key personnel and core promoters have a combined international health development experience of more than 45 years and have this background to build a strong local research and implementation organization that supports the health systems development in Nigeria and other developing countries with similar health systems challenges.

We conducted the impact analysis using the AIDS Impact Module (AIM) of the Spectrum® projection software and showed the impact of the national response on lives saved, quality of life, etc. |
Futures Group (Now Palladium) | Data analysis, modelling | Data analysis, modelling This contract was to be a short-term lead for training in the use of the RAPID module of the Spectrum® projection software and to develop a health & economic model for Nigeria and Gombe State for the USAID-funded Health Policy Project. Working with the National Population Commission (NPC), we developed a National economic model projecting the impact of family planning on sectoral developments over 18 years until 2030. We also trained NPC focal persons and supported them to present the RAPID to high-power government officials like the Minister of Health, National Assembly, Finance Minister, etc. Within this contract, we also worked with FHI/360 to develop RAPID projections for Gombe State as part of their FP advocacy strategy development process. |

This was a discrete choice experiment (DCE) to determine factors influencing attrition and motivation of frontline health workers in remote and rural areas in Bauchi & Cross River State. We also conducted a technical review of the costed roadmap
for finalization of the online national health workforce registry (NHWR), implementation guide for health workforce data management, standard operation manual, user training manuals, technical manual, and ICT disaster recovery plan and streamline the programmatic component with the national data flow processes; 3 journal articles have been published from this work.
